The first gym I’ve found where I actually love to go every time! The coaches are so good, really personable and push you towards your goals. The sessions are varied and the women who go the gym always make you feel so welcome. I joined with my wedding body in mind but have decided to continue to be a permanent member. Would definitely recommend joining whatever your fitness level - I’m so happy with how my weight, strength and general fitness levels have improved since joining

I have been attending TBT fitness for almost 3 years. It has changed me in such a positive way both physically and mentally. The TBT trainers provide a safe and welcoming space. They give you the confidence to be able to achieve things you never thought you could. You learn so much about fitness and wellbeing, and in turn you learn so much about yourself. Plus you get to meet other wonderful ladies and make friends. The social side is an added bonus. I would highly recommend.

I initially joined TBT in May as I had an event coming up and wanted to feel good for it. What I have actually gained from joining is so much more. I feel stronger, fitter and healthier. Keeping up with the classes has had a hugely positive impact on my mental health and I have now realised that pretty much everything is better when I build exercise into my routine. The trainers are all so supportive and they have an adaptive and individualized approach during sessions so that everyone is pushing themselves at their individual level. I can contact trainers for advice and support when needed and get regular check-ins and encouragement to help me reach my goals. It is a lovely community to be a part of!

TBT is a focused & fun gym, yes you heard me correctly “fun” even when your not feeling like exercising you go to TBT have a laugh meet some great women and have a tough but worth it training session with our amazing coaches who are always supportive and asking if we need help to reach our goals. I have been with them now for 3 years or maybe even longer and have loved every minute of it. Definitely give it a try ☺️

Highly recommend TBT. I started purely to lose weight which I have done however it’s more than that. Strength training has improved my overall health including my confidence, better sleep, and great for your head. I have gone in an anxious mess sometimes however come out a different person. The trainers are absolutely fantastic and you genuinely feel part of the TBT family. Me feeling at my best makes me a better Mum/wife. It’s my escape and I absolutely love it. Best decision I made

Absolutely recommend TBT fitness - I was really struggling to get some routine into my busy schedule and joining TBT has made it so much easier with their very convenient timings and super supportive trainers. The classes are small so you get personal attention which makes such a difference, especially when you're a beginner - but absolutely feel women of all ages and abilities can benefit and challenge themselves in every class! ?

I’ve been with TBT for 3 months now and can already feel such a big difference. It’s the first gym routine I’ve stuck to properly because I love the format of the workouts. The trainers are friendly and supportive and I always feel great after every session. Would recommend to women of all ages and abilities ☺️

I had been going to various gyms for years but didn’t really know what I was doing and tended to stick to things I liked so didn’t make much progress or challenge myself. TBT was recommended by a friend and three years ago I took the plunge and signed up. I have never looked back. I am stronger than I’ve ever been and am challenged in every session. I am enjoying lifting weights - something I had never even considered before. I love the variety of every session so am never bored. The coaches know my strengths and weaknesses and encourage me to do my best as do all the supportive members. Still not keen on burpees though….?
