Great trainers who keep you motivated and can adapt exercises to cater to you if you have any injuries. The workouts vary day to day but the trainers make sure you are hitting all areas of your body and mix strength and cardio training. There is a great community feel too and there are several social occasions throughout the year which are always fun! Definitely recommend!

An outstanding environment and coaches. The community Alt-T Fit creates, and the expertise of the coaches, has really helped me turn my fitness around and a much need weight shred. I’m really enjoying my training for the first time in a long time.

This is by far the best gym I have ever trained at…..and I’ve been training for over 30 years. Great balance of strength work, cardio and movement. I’ve broken all my compound lift records in the past 12 months…..all down to the help of the Alt-T-Fit instructors.

Life changing experience since this gym opened. Thankful for the professionalism and guidance of the team of coaches. Makes my everyday so much easier and enjoyable. The sessions are built to encourage all over fitness and adapted to suit individual needs where necessary. One to one training in a group setting. Running, yoga, nutrition all available as well as fun packed socials with really lovely people. Highly recommend.

I have swapped from the local JD gym to this group PT recently after doing a free trial. I have found it excellent value for money, friendly and a real welcoming, supportive atmosphere. Workouts are good and are varied, they are also amended by instructors for injury/ability. Compared to a commercial gym I have found myself wanting to go more, I feel more motivated and more accountable. Would definitely recommend, with such varied class times, women's only sessions, there is always something that works around the school run, work and any other commitments.

Great place to train, the trainers are really knowledgable, approachable and keep you motivated. The variety of workouts is great, helping to keep challenging you while you train to meet your goals. My fitness and energy levels have improved so much since I started training here, would highly recommend.
