Beautiful campus with lots of outdoor areas. Great staff and tons of parking. The location is ideal and the programs options are well utilized by the community. We have always love the water rock that sits like a gem in the school center.

Been here for almost 2 quarters now, and so far, everything has been great. The staff are very helpful and kind, there are all kinds of extracurriculars and tutoring and study help, the gym here is pretty big with an indoor track. The college offers a very wide range of different courses and has a program that helps you transfer to WWU as soon as possible as a junior. Really an overall great school!

Even though it's a community college it still offers a variety of worthwhile educational content. Campus is a good size; not too big, not too small, and there's enough parking to accommodate the students. The financial aid department is a little slow and often makes mistakes which is the reason I don't rate the the college higher.

Nice campus located conveniently in a laid back section of Bellingham. Jarid in the vet service center is both personable and kind; he went out of his way to help me register for class after I made an appointment. I think individuals are their own greatest asset and advocate when taking and trying to get into class. Thank you!

I tried to be patient, given Covid and everything else going on. But now is NOT the time to go to WCC. I took a class that, by the teacher's own admission, was not ready. We spent EVERY week not knowing what was actually assigned. The online courseware always has problems, interfering with studies. And it does not matter if you have "the same course material" as the bigger colleges if you do not have the lectures to back it up - they don't. This is a good way to pay 700 to be told to read the book.
My classmates were consistently disappointed with help from the teachers and tutors.
The kicker was my bogus charge from the bookstore. I was charged full price for a book that I. Returned. To. A bookstore. Attendant. At a desk at the bookstore. In WCC attire. There is a real chance that you will lose a substantial amount of money just by using their services. The textbook industry is already corrupt, it doesn't need the help.
I'm disabled. My time here was meant to be a new leaf. Now I'm set back financially, educationally, and have to find somewhere else to study. WCC's failings and policies did real damage to a vulnerable person. So thanks for that.
The new library is great though.

WCC is an excellent community college. I was at the new Learning Center, which has tons of impressive and unexpected resources for students. Sound booths and recording studios, text books and calculators for check out, a 3D printing room and a materials room for constructing your model ideas from a variety of materials.

While they certainly don't have everything, as far as community colleges go it's an enjoyable and fruitful educational experience. I took several computer science and mathematics courses here in pursuit of my associate's degree and found the professors to be knowledgeable and understanding.
