A personal trainer with a personal touch. Jeremy continues to learn and grow so he can’t provide his client more. I have found him to be energetic, motivating and knowledgeable. He is great with adults and a natural with kids. If you have some lbs to lose or just want to move and feel better, Jett Movement and Jeremy is where it is at.

Jeremy has a depth of knowledge and cares about providing a workout that suits each client, regardless of their level of fitness. He is compassionate, yet makes sure to lead a challenging workout. Functional fitness, from the basic foundation on up. His no frills classes get right to it after a short warm up. He provides all the equipment to keep the workout interesting! He gives back to his community as well!

Jeremy has been working with our son Axton for about a year and a half now! He has helped develop an athletic foundation that has been so fun to watch grow! He’s gone from tripping over his feet on the grapevine, to whizzing through it! They work on both speed/agility as well as baseball fundamentals (hitting, fielding, body position, glove position etc) He keeps my son on track, gives real and honest feedback, but they also have a ton of fun and Axton always wants more! Jeremy is flexible, accommodating and very easy to communicate with. He’s the real deal and we couldn’t recommend Jett Movement Academy more! “Axton, what’s your favorite thing about working with Jeremy” Axton: “He pitches to me and taught me not to drop my hands when I’m striding and I like all the drills!”
