The older man seems to have communication problems due to an arrogant attitude and a complete misunderstanding of the concept of customer service. Perhaps the Post Office should send him on a training course to educate him as to his role in a Post Office service. At present he is unsuitable to be in contact with members of the public as a representative of the Post Office.

As many people have said, the older gentleman who works here (manager?) is very rude, routinely. Doesn’t seem to care and has been here many years, so maybe best just to avoid the branch.

As others have said the customer service here is appalling. Particularly from the old man there. When I hand over a parcel or letter to send he doesn’t explain the different options and I have to ask and when I do he seems annoyed. I ask how long it will take for the recipient to receive and without even looking up or making any eye contact he says ‘no idea’.
Sorry but if you don’t enjoy your job then maybe it is time to retire and let some young ones take the helm as they’d probably have a better attitude!

The worst Post Office I've been to. The customer service is terrible. The old guy serving is rude, sarcastic and ignorant for no reason. He's got a really bad attitude and just throws your letters and parcels around without any care. Shouldn't be in that job. Tries to overcharge too as other have said. The place stinks of cigarette smoke which is contaminating the products, including the sweets they sell. Don't use!!! 0 stars.

This post office deeply racism from the 3 attendants they scare from the white people, they serve them without a ward, pleasantly and smiley, and go with them the extra mile. But if you are not white they bully you without a sham, and give you a misleading information.
If you are not white don’t go to this post office.
