I had 3 sessions with Alan and what can i say but WOW! I was very dubious about going but Alan was very welcoming and easy to talk to. He explained everything that was going to happen in detail to keep me calm as I was nervous about being hypnotised. Thanks to Alan's expertise I am now 12 weeks smoking free and feel for the first time, after many attempts, that I have achieved my goal! After struggling with anxiety for many years I contacted Alan after a recommendation from a friend. Alan was incredible, I felt at ease straight away and felt as if I was chatting with an old friend. He explained the process in detail and helped me to understand why I had been feeling the way I had for so long. The hypnosis process was wonderful and I left unable to stop smiling. One session with Alan has truly changed my mindset and gave me a feeling of peacefulness that I never thought I would have again. Booked an appointment for my partner after trying different types of help to overcome his issues and this one has definitely been the most successful. Went to Alan 4 weeks ago had a lot of issues had to sort out. It was my 1st time going to Alan he explained what modern hypnosis was & how he could help me then we chatted for a while about my issues & how he was going to help. I’ve never felt so relaxed when I was in a hypnotic state my problems/fears made me feel I was in control & @ one point I was actually giggling that I put myself through torture for nothing what a waste of good energy. When Alan ended my session I felt like the weight of the world was off my shoulders 😊 Decided I’m going back to Alan to help me stop smoking & i’m very confident he will help me. Well where do I start 🤔 I lost my mum in January I then had 2 other traumatic events within 2 weeks of loosing my mum. Alan was recommended by a friend I can't even begin to tell you how much he helped me with my terrible anxiety and trauma. After just 1 session I felt a huge weight lifted of my shoulders. Its going to be a journey for me but I couldn't find any other person that I would rather have to help me with that journey. Go for it, you won’t regret it! I had a session with Alan at the beginning of November and held off writing a review till now as I wanted to see if the effects were long lasting….. Well, I can honestly say that this is THE best thing I have ever done for myself. Alan is fantastic, he has good energy, is kind, caring, knowledgeable and does not judge. He puts you at ease straight away and explains the whole process thoroughly. I have never been hypnotised before and didn’t know what to expect, but I was ready to exorcise my demons and decided to just go with the flow. It was the most relaxing therapeutic session, I left feeling like the weight of the world had been lifted from my shoulders. It was amazing! AND 3 weeks later I can honestly say I feel even better now than I did that day. I’m still me, but I’m much more, relaxed, happy, content, free… I would recommend to anyone thinking about contacting Alan to just do it, bite the bullet, give him a call, text or e-mail. Start your journey, you really won’t regret it!

Took both my children to see Alan to help with past trauma issues (due to no fault of their own) as soon as we made the decision to see Alan he was a great support in the background to help the kids with the understanding of what was going on and why. When we saw Alan the kids were instantly relaxed and recognised his voice from the video they listened to. I have 2 children who now are much more settled, relaxed and would highly recommend not only children but adults to reach out if this is something they were considering. Alan has been keeping in contact after the seesions! Cannot recommend this guy enough for the difference he has made to my childrens life in such a short time.
After our session on leaving alan I feel the kids have had the weight of the world lifted and can enjoy being children again.

Been going to Alan for around 9 months now, while I have been doing my HNC in electronic engineering. In that time- with his help- I have achieved 81% combination logic, 94% sequential logic, 74% analogue electronics, 96% networks and resonance, 100% AC/DC principles and finally, a graded unit of 94% (A). Alan’s hypnotherapy has been a great help in achieving these grades and my overall performance.
