Bought a steak pie best one I have ever tried

We try and support local businesses but, for two years running, they've mucked up our steak pie order for New Year's Day.
Last year, at least they apologised to my mum when she went back into the shop again, mind you, they didn't compensate her for their mistake. She'd pre-ordered them but they gave her someone else's order.
This year, she asked the lady in the shop for two steak pies with sausages but, again, the shop didn't manage to give her this simple order - one had sausages and one hadn't.
I sent them a polite email to tell them about the incorrect order but they haven't bothered getting back to me.
Not great customer service and what's the point if you can't get what you order or ask for.

Amazing meat to be had. Square sausage rolls are the absolute best and I can highly recommend their steak pies.

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Had two large orders from Hamilton butchers in the last two weeks fast delivery service and the quality of meats is outstanding great prices and definitely continue to support this local establishment
