Great store in terms of parking, and available stock. However, each time we go, the queue at the checkout is always 4 or 5 people deep, with only 1 or 2 colleagues working the checkouts. The staff are helpful, and store is well laid out, but some improvements could be made to ensure checkout and customer service runs more smoothly.

Great store with brilliant products and helpful staff but please look at your trolleys. From a parent and child point of view the child seats are nearly all broken and pretty grotty looking, luckily we had a pushchair with us for a 2 year old but wanting to take him around the Christmas shop was spoilt as he was not at the height a trolley would have given him a lovely experience. As a result he wasn't happy sitting so low and we wouldn't shop there again due to this. The trolleys have seen better days and are the worst we've come across.

This store is only getting 3 stars due to the man in the cafe today. Single handed doing till. Cooking food. Put up with impatient customer comments whilst preparing drinks and cleaning as he went. I was impressed and hope he doesn't mind me saying he is no spring chicken. He's a credit and shouldn't have to do so much. Hats off to him. As for in store most staff have no clue about stock or where it is. Twice I've asked and had shrugged shoulders and comments, sorry no I'm new. And the best I've no idea I've just started. Till staff are great here. Friendly and chatty with patience. Else where avoid eye contact and don't really want to be asked.

On their website stated had 4 in stock of the item i wanted, after driving 40min to this St Austell store, none on the shelf. Went to customer service who were about as much use as a chocolate tea spoon, refused to check the in store system, said "should have rang to check first" absolute classic so what's the point of their website, 40min drive home... Not impressed at all !!!!

Good store and plenty of parking.
Easy to get to and park up.
Carpark is a shambles though, pot holes and rough roads
Be aware of the potholes as some are quite deep.
