Bought a shredder in April after 2 uses paper stopped feeding correctly. I took the shredder back to St Austell. I appreciate there might not be anything the store can do after 30 days. However I did not appreciate being told it was something I had done. I had only used the shredder with small amounts of paper within the guidlines. I left the store feeling annoyed, with a help number and £30 out of pocket. Poor customer service and attitude towards customers.

3rd time of Awful experience at St Austell Argos. 3rd and last time.

Collecting your bulky item from St Austell. Battle with awful website. Get in car. Drive to town car park. Pay for the ‘privilege of collecting’ parking. Walk through town. Go into store to ‘check out’ prepaid order, enter car reg & receive shoddy ‘customer service’. Walk back through town to car. Drive round to back collection door in a questionable joint privately owned monitored car park. Ring bell and wait a good 10 minutes questioning my life choices.

Alternatively Bodmin, Newquay, Truro and many more you can drive right up to the door, collect, receive a smile and have a nice day.

And they wonder why people don’t bother to use the high street anymore 🤔

I returned a device which was faulty. They refunded my account within two days. They also found me an alternative device. The staff were very helpful and professional. I have always had a warm welcome from Argos St.Austell.

Awful after sales service,once they have your money don't expect any further customer service!
I have now spent six months trying to get a refund on a faulty item. Passed from store to customer services with the final insult this week with a confirmation letter from Argos customer services stating a refund in store can be given only for the store at St Austell,and store manager in fact,refusing to honour it.
The dismissive manner of this is incredible and I will be taking further action.
One star only because it won't accept zero stars!!

Not easy to find, although thats due to the high street arrangement. Managed to park in one of the car parks just round from the high street so was in and out quickly with the usual Argos experience. Although in this case the item purchased did not come with a charger and therefore feel we should have been noted of this by a message on the till to advise us. Not this store's fault but one of which Argos should consider addressing...

I was warmly welcomed in to the store by a couple of lovely ladies who couldn't do enough to help. The usual Argos stock was available and I was quickly able to locate and purchase what I needed. Thank you Argos in St Austell for getting right 😃👍
