site with Smart Little Web and when our local football team, Winchester City FC needed their site updated I didn't hesitate to recommend the team. Although the subject matter is very different, the initial setup was approached in much the same way - and it
didn't take very long for a new and updated website to be created. Everyone involved with the club is very happy with the results, both on and off the pitch!. Thanks for a great job!

Please see the experience of another customer, below - my experience has been exactly the same. There is no phone number to speak to them (how very odd) and the only way they offer to raise an issue is their online ticket system - I have raised several in past few months since my annual renewal in May which have all been ignored - and my requests to contact me directly as well. I will not be renewing. But I am thinking of talking to Trading Standards about the non-provision of services which are a part of their offering. Sad because it was a good start for a few years

I started using these guys to host my website back in 2016 at the time they were great, however this is no longer the case. They dont provide a contact number to call them on so you cant speak directly with them. You're forced to use there ticket system which they dont reply too. I sent them a request to cancel my hosting subscription on 02.03.23 as of writting this review on google they still have not contacted me. My decision to change provider and use a different CMS platform is because their own CMS system is out-dated and they provide absolutely no customer service. I made the mistake of paying an annual subscription with them in November 2022 since all my emails so far have been ignored I dont believe a refund will be forthcoming.

I have had a website for quite a number of years now it looked okay and to be honesty I was pleased with it. I noticed an email about websites called Smart little web I thought that was funny because I only wanted a little website.I had a look at what they were offering and called for an appointment. I now have a very up to date, modern website that my clients fine easy to use. I have been told on a number of occasion how great my website looks which means I am one happy customer.

Long standing patients of mine don't tend to look at the web site but new and younger patients do, especially if they haven't been recommended. Both patients and colleagues have complimented me on the web site.
I love how easy the website is to navigate; my patients aren't overwhelmed by information and can find things quickly. Updating it takes no time at all; and with it being so much easier than my old site it saves me time and money.
