Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Managed to destroy my under tray a few roads away from this place. Pulled in unannounced and Will was so welcoming and helpful. They were clearly busy but dropped everything to help sort out our issue and before I could even finish my complimentary coffee they had fixed it.

The most friendly, efficient and professional staff I’ve ever come across. You’d struggle finding this level of service anywhere.

Immaculate venue and facilities too.

Our Mercedes hybrid wouldn’t start and wouldn’t select gear. The AA came out and tried everything to no avail. Car was recovered to our local garage who were unable to fix it. Car was recovered to MES, who were excellent and professional. They diagnosed the issue as a faulty gearbox control module, sourced a replacement from Mercedes, fitted and tested it, in record time. The team kept me informed throughout and gave me a quote before undertaking the work. The customer service was excellent and the car was valeted and cleaned as well. MES just became our family ‘go to’ garage.

Needed some bits doing to my Porsche and got recommended these guys by a family friend. Very impressed, the quote was cheaper than elsewhere, pick up and drop off was included (Alex who collected my car was very polite and considerably caring with the car). The staff were very polite and better communicated than any other garage I've used. Also, got some travel sweets with my receipt which brought me back to my childhood, not saying its anything amazing but the little things make a difference. Will always be going back if that's the service I receive. Car knowledge was top tier also.

I had suffered a broken spring on Monday morning (what a start of the week!) which also burst the front tyre. All garages were busy and booked well ahead into the week. MES were able to accommodate the same day which was extremely helpful. As I was a new customer, MES provided with a complete vehicle health check and car valeting with no extra charge.
Service they provide is on a level of top brand dealers, only better. Many thanks to Graham for looking after our car.
I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
