We have used Golf Swing Systems for 4 facilities, they are great. Team have been very helpful and great value for money. Alex has been brilliant with post installation check ins and has helped set up our IDS cameras as well as give easy to follow instructions for improvements. 10/10

I recently bought a launch monitor for my sim from the guys at GSS. I had an issue with the unit (manufacturer issue). I dealt with Alex and Tracey, absolutely top class customer service. I had a replacement unit to my door within a day.

You can really tell how good a company is when the customer has an issue, most companies are great until they get your cash and then are very slow to respond etc. when you raise a complaint.

I felt Alex was genuinely going out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase and didn’t try fob me off when I raised concerns. Tracey was really efficient and had my old unit picked up and new unit delivered within a day.

I’m delighted with my purchase now and look forward to dealing with GSS again as I continue to build out my sim room!

Decided to get a home sim this summer and bought most of the the equipment from golfswingsystems. Intially dealt with Haydn who was very helpful and helped me with the product advice/ measurements etc. Had a slight issue recently and I cannot say how happy I am with the aftercare given by Lewis. Super company that really cares about it's customers! After directly selling me a new golf net their support has been second to none.
Once it was damaged by the wind and they quickly worked with the manufacturer to source new parts and have them posted next day at a reasonable cost.
More recently a replaced net failed after just a few months and once I sent evidence of this and contacted them, they liaised with the manufacturer and got another one delivered to me next day free of charge! Their support is always attentive and willing to help. Especially Tracey! 👍
Will definitely be using them again in the future.

A promise of next day delivery and a count down timer are all well and good but you then have to ensure your logistics provider can do this.

Shipping notification was poor. And the next day delivery was apparently cancelled almost immediately DHL had received it. By the time I realised it was not coming it was too late and looking at following week - which somewhat dampened the weekend fun.

Swing Systems were a bit “these things happen” and a lot unimpressive. “We can’t be held responsible for having selected a rubbish delivery company”….wish I could say that in my work.

Addition: so SS tried to cancel but DHL were there usual useless selves and delivered anyway. After brief discussion and small discount took The Golf Net. All’s well that ends well.
