They got my ancient vehicle through its MOT, which is no mean feat. The bill for some necessary work was less than the estimate so I'm happy with the result. Everything was performed to a high degree of efficiency.

The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is the fact it was very often difficult to get through on the phone as it seemed to be engaged almost every time. This is of course also an indication of how popular they are.

Fantastic service . They MOT tested and serviced my Land Rover Discovery yesterday very professional all work carried out to a very high standard.

I just recently moved to Cranleigh and when taking the car out on the Friday before Christmas, the drivers side window jammed partly open.
I called in to another local garage whom unfortunately were not able to help as they were closing for Christmas.
Luckily, CCM in Cranleigh was open and after checking the window managed to lift it up to allow me to continue to drive the car.
One of their mechanics then checked that the relevant parts were available and then booked me in on the following Monday.
As advised, the work was completed in a couple of hours and they also gave the car a quick wash.
All the staff were very courteous and helpful.

Great service, new tyres fitted, this time. The damaged alloy wheel repaired FOC, can’t fault the courteous service from the all who my wife and I dealt with. Will be using them again!

Helpful and efficient as always! Always friendly and kind over the phone even when they're very busy. Happy to explain things in detail and in a simple way so it's easy to understand. Also willing to send over photo evidence or you can go in to see your car before you agree to the work being done. Highly recommend!

I went in for tracking on my car & was told no more than an hour for the front wheels to be done then was told at double the price I needed all 4 wheels done and all within an hour but still charged double, im not happy being charged double when it took same amount of time to do just the front, im also not happy that you just went ahead with out asking if I was OK having all 4 done, I thought well over £100 was excessive & won't be returning. In response to your reply is that I didn't get asked that all 4 was going to get done until after you had already done it.
