Tooting BMF offers a unique blend of HIIT-style training that is both challenging and rewarding. The sessions are conducted outdoors, providing a refreshing change from the typical gym environment and ensuring that members get a good dose of mud and fresh air.

One of the positives of Tooting BMF is its owner, Tom. Tom's leadership and dedication were evident in the session I attended. He brings an energy that inspires members to push their limits. Both Tom and Sven’s personalised attention and encouragement made a significant difference, particularly as newcomer I was feeling a little intimidated by the intensity of the workouts and it being a new group of people.

Leading me to the supportive group at Tooting, being another highlight. The group were welcoming and supportive, which helped keep motivation levels up.
The camaraderie among members is obvious, fostering a sense of community.

one aspect of Tooting BMF that caught me surprise was the running component, which I did find demanding due to not being accustomed to regular running. Despite this, I can see this would significantly enhance endurance in the long run and does contribute to a well-rounded workout regimen.

Be Military Fit is such a blessing! They have many branches, so you are likely to find a location reasonably close to you. I used to attend Hyde Park Be Military Fit which is such a great park, with great people and great instructors, however I moved to Tooting Commons because it was more convenient for me to travel to. One thing is for sure, the spirit of the sessions is always excellent and it differs each session! No session is the same and you never leave feeling the same either, you always feel more accomplished in comparison to the last session that you participated. If you like improvement and challenging yourself then you’ll thoroughly enjoy BMF!

Highly recommend this if you want to get fit. It’s a full body workout. The instructors are fantastic, and teach you the correct form for the exercises. Being part of a group is so motivational, and you achieve more than you think you’re capable of. There are members with all different levels of fitness who are all welcoming and encouraging. I also love being outside rather than in a gym

An amazing fitness class that accommodates for all levels! I went to BMF for +5 years and the Tooting/Clapham classes were among the best I attended. Don't be dissuaded from going if you're a complete beginner or a serious athlete, the trainers are great at accommodating for everyone. Over the years of attending BMF I saw my fitness improve significantly. I'm just sad I had to leave due to moving home for a job.

I joined BMF Tooting Common around February of this which is something I’ve not really done before. I go twice a week and all the trainers I have had so far are great at what they do and now I look forward to going to every session. Tom who runs the business and helped me know all the details when I started is very professional and made it easy to do.

I would definitely recommend trying it out at least.I have lost about a stone since starting and my fitness levels are much better. Thank you to to the BMF team.

Great all round workout and really is for all levels. I joined years ago having never exercised. It was tough but I stuck to it and within 6 weeks I noticed a big improvement. I couldn't do a pushup now I can do several, wasn't able to run longer than a minute, now I can go on a gentle jog for 30 minutes. Give it a go and stick to it for at least two months and your won't regret it.
