Safety is my main concern. Just moved in here and was told by my and friends that is a great place to get help in regards of employment, but instead no one helps me. All I get is a stares and pointing fingers if where to go. Multiple times I have asked for and mentioned to them that this guy who standing behind looking at what I'm doing, he us not an employee. The harassment from individuals coming in there them not doing nothing is ridiculous. My first day walking as I was walking through the doors to go on the computer I asked this Spanish guy who works there for because I was unfamiliar with the process and all he did was turn he's back on me and proceeded to ignore me. That was not professional of him, but I feel they are not going to do nothing about because who I am. Just getting back on my feet and this is the treatment I get

Alice C was an absolute dream come true in helping me get my application through. I filled one out on 8/26/24 and got nothing from the state and couldn't even log in to my account to check the status of my claim. Alice went above and beyond to get me the right help and contact unemployment to get my claim processed which for some reason never was fully processed. I wish all employees for unemployment would follow her example. Thank you again Alice!

This place needs to pay attention to what kind of employees they’re hiring!! Today I’ve been treated with one of the most rude and disrespectful woman working in that location and shame to call her customer service. I couldn’t continue 5 mins with her due to her bad attitude and rudeness, although I’ve been waiting more than half an hour for my appointment! ( she’s lucky that I can’t remember her name tho). I’d never recommend that place to anyone.

Stacy A. Hayden is absolutely amazing! She helped my niece get all the information she needed for the Young Adult Program after we were just given a flyer at the front desk. Stacy made sure my niece was taken care of and seen the same day. Additionally, she assisted me with the veterans department, helping me get enrolled for grants. Her customer service is exceptional—Stacy is incredibly kind and truly cares about the people she helps. She consistently goes above and beyond, and she deserves to be recognized for her outstanding efforts. Stacy is the best!

Even with an appointment, clients wait for hours. It's like going to the DMV make sure to bring a lunch. The lady in front if me slept for 3 hours and still hadn't been called.

Not only that they are very supported and caring. They wond not stop until they get you the job or career you looking for. Only because the young lady Camellia went out of her way not only to assist me and also the others that came in.
Because the guy clearly was not trying to help and the girl sitting in the back office doing nothing
They both said the same thing about funding was out ( bet if I spoke their language it would have been different) didn’t even inform me of who else may can help.

This is the best place to get help I had a bad experience recently and didn’t kno where 2 turn I called all ova tryn 2 get help but unfortunately nobody could help at the time
