Seems scammy - TLC spammed me and the unsubscribe "feature" in their spam returned a 400 server error. Any biz that spams and lacks legally-required properly functioning unsubscribe option in their spam is an untrustworthy nuisance, IMO. Update - TLC responded positively - see below.
