I have been going to yoga haven from the day that it opened its doors . I love thé classes, thé team and the confidence that it has installed in my practise . …. I certainly couldn’t have done this 15 years ago xxxx HIGHLY RECOMMEND this studio. It has become even better than ever with a new dynamic reformer Pilates studio. Finally a studio that offers excellent reformer classes in Clapham!

The reformer room is lovely and spacious (which is rare to find in Clapham). I attended a few Foundation and Signature classes, with different instructors, and they were all great.

Can't wait to go back for more!

I have many reasons in my life not to go to a yoga class, energy levels, lack of experience, can’t commit. Returning back to yoga haven broke through my glass ceilings. The atmosphere is kind but not over familiar, encouraging without exposing my imposter feeling. The teachers are patient in instruction, generous with their knowledge- the heated rooms are bliss. I always leave with the feeling I am 6 inches taller, 2 stone lighter with the feeling that anything is possible.
