A very friendly and welcoming place to train Jiu Jitsu, submission grappling, wrestling and Judo. Run by very highly experienced coaches who will look after you and help you every step of the way whether you are a complete beginner or have already had experience elsewhere. Highly recommend it, wish I had started sooner so don’t make the same mistake ?

This is an awesome gym to practice grappling; including Brazilian Jiujitsu, Judo, Wrestling and Submission grappling. I was made to feel extremely welcome as soon as I arrived. There are no egos on the mat, just an amazing team spirit with hard work and a great sense of humour. The coaches are hugely knowledgeable and all have the accolades to substantiate it. If you want to learn to grapple for fun or at a high level Xion Gym is the place to train.

By far the best place I've ever trained. Over the years I've trained at various gyms/academies, but from my first session at XION I knew this would be the only one I'd want to consistently return to. Members are friendly, instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The sense of community is brilliant and for anyone with even the slightest interest in the sport, I would always recommend XION without hesitation.

I have been a member of Xion Gym for many years. It isn't just a gym, there is a real team ethos. Everyone helps each other and looks out for each other and it is suitable for all skill levels. Super-welcoming to new members, with tonnes of experience across the team in many different martial arts, not just Jiujitsu / grappling. The instructors are some of the most knowledgeable in the area, the legitimacy of their lineage is not up for debate and the teams performance at competitions speaks for itself. Fantastic place to train.
