Terrible customer service. After a year, I still haven’t received the link, and I don’t have access to some of the my apps. I’ve sent numerous emails informing them that my Grammarly account isn’t working, and I haven’t received the license activation codes for a couple of my apps, but they’ve ignored my requests. The customer support has been really poor, with very slow or no responses to my emails, and they seem unaware of how to accommodate students with learning disabilities. They have never arranged for someone to explain things either face-to-face or through a video appointment.

I’ve had nothing but issues with my laptop wyvern supplied, mainly with windows hogging up so much RAM my software doesn’t work properly. It was checked out and I was told it needed a RAM upgrade that I’d have to pay for unless DSA were able too. DSA explained my laptop should work with my software, and they weren’t going to pay, instead it should be looked at.
It got looked at told everything was perfect with it but the RAM was high so they reinstalled windows.
Laptop returned yesterday, came back WORSE than it was when it left, battery not charging completely, unable to log into my microsoft account and RAM so high even microsoft publisher stopped responding.
I then found out ontop of all of this, my laptop RAM is not upgradeable after doing my own research as it’s soldered onto the motherboard and doesn’t have a personal use RAM slot. The other versions of my laptop are but one version is not, which is the one i have. So not only did I get invoiced £150 for a 8gb RAM that can’t be installed, I also have a laptop completely unfixable that wyvern are seemingly not wanting to replace.
I paid £200 toward this laptop, what a joke.

I have disabilities that cause a lot of pain and impact my mobility. Trying to study at a table sitting on a regular chair would make the situation impossible to study, learn and retain any knowledge.

I was assessed by a Wyvern specialist as to what kit I needed. They were such a pleasant, patient and amazingly nice person, and send to completely understand what I needed.

It was clearly understood what kit was needed to support me but also that I am more than just a set of problems to be solved, I am a human being as well.

The engineer that delivered and installed the kit and trained me how to use it was fabulous. He was the nicest of gentlemen. He was so considerate and pleasant and just amazingly helpful. I really couldn't ask for a better experience.

I am embarrassed by my disabilities, that I am unable to do what I could as I become more and more affected. All of the people involved in helping me have be gracious enough to make me feel empowered. I wish to thank them all for that and all they have done for me.

Steve, who carried out my assessment, was absolutely fantastic. I get very anxious speaking to new people, and Steve ensured I felt comfortable and reassured throughout my assessment. He was very thorough and made sure I felt listened to. It was a great experience!

The engineer (I do apologize, I have forgotten his name) was really friendly and helpful. We had a lovely chat as he set up my ergonomic equipment and he made me feel at ease the whole time.

The equipment itself is fantastic! I've been using it for a couple of weeks now, and the difference from my last year of studies is already shining through. I have hypermobility and fibromyalgia, so sitting for long periods makes me extremely uncomfortable and creates a lot of pain. The sit/stand desk is absolutely amazing! It's allowing me to study for longer periods at a time. The chair is so comfortable and really supports my lumbar region, which has been a huge help already! I no longer dread sitting down to study!

I'd like to mention an added bonus: the tray table has not only allowed me to study comfortably on the sofa... I have also used it for my dinner and wow, to eat without back pain is amazing! Hehe! 😉

Thank you, WBS, for a truly fantastic customer experience. There have been so many occasions, in the past, where I have felt disregarded and unheard when it relates to my health issues.
