I thought I was going to be complaining.

However even though my order was small, I explained to one of the team how much their delay was going to impact my startup and they pulled out the stops to make it happen.

1 star lost for the added stress this caused, but really impressed with Jordan and how he delivered amazing customer service (and retained a customer!)

Outstanding customer service. I used this company to print an A3 poster for a friends birthday party. I cannot tell you how professional they were, immediately alerting me to a size problem as soon as I submitted it. They helped me sort it as it involved a little bit more than simple cropping, but that meant I was short on time and the very helpful Jordan made sure the poster was delivered to me before 12 noon on the day of the party. A lady called soon after to check I was happy with my order. Who does that anymore? Proper old school customer service. Would highly recommend. I was not a Trade customer so I doubt they made a huge amount of profit on my order but that didnt seem to stop their commitment to making sure I was happy. Will use again

So I ordered some flyers, an A frame and a few posters to fit the frame and it was pretty simple. The deliveries were made quickly but, the A frame was damaged when it arrived. I contacted them and Amber resolved everything. I even got a response late in the evening to let me know that she would sort it out and to her credit, she did. Problems occur and accidents happen but it is how a company deals with them which says everything about what kind of company they are. Genuinely impressed!! If Where The Trade Buys actually read their reviews, I hope they realise that Amber is a credit to the company!

my order took over 6 weeks, the website did't work which intern led me emailing a staff member who was completely incompetent and never emailed me back. I then finally managed to get my ordered finalised and it turned up exactly as i didn't ask for with my image folded in half. When i called up to complain about what had happened, all he could go on about was how good the company was..

These guys are superb, always there to deal with queries and file errors as and when they arise. Never had any issues that weren't resolved in an instant. The bonus scheme is good as well and increasing their product range frequently adds to the print quality they already provide. The range of stock, finish and extras is excellent.

Had a really poor experience with this company. Needed stickers urgently and chose them because they stated that there production had not been affected by COVID. Ordered 15 x 350 types of stickers. Paid extra to UPGRADE for faster service - kept in touch with them daily to ensure they were on track. They called the day of dispatch to say that they could not meet the production, but they would send 50% of it - of the 15 stickers we received 2! Do not use if you have a deadline.

I've been using Where The Trade Buys for over 7 years and they are probably the best online trade supplier I have ever used. Whilst the range and quality of products is fantastic, it's the customer service that really makes them stand out - professional, efficient and friendly.
