Julie is the sweetest, most welcoming person and I really looked forward to our chats!

Demonstrably incorrect advice given as training regarding digital to their unsuspecting victims. Absolutely astounding waste of funds. Emails marked as spam / dangerous. Seemingly completely amateur in understanding and management. Huge waste of time and money.

What you've said in paragraph 1 was just not the case with my experience. Also, where you say it costs participants nothing, what do you mean? What grant program does cost participants? Also, as proclaimed business experts I am sure you're aware time is money and I had to invest hours to even be able to qualify to be able to apply! Which I was happy to do (at the time) in the belief what I was being told was reliable.

It was my initial business adviser that recommended applying for the grant on the grounds I did. I had x3 potential uses to grow digital and he recommended taking the road I did. This was during our sessions which I was required to attend to be able to apply in the first instance. And where I passed on some information initially about the videos and advice you were giving participants that was demonstrably incorrect.

Your response regarding your email system and survey monkey's responsibility is indicative of this erroneous understanding. It does not matter what method you chose for large mailouts, the emails came from you and bore your name, details and domain.

I appreciate the reassurance but given all the nonsense find it difficult to put any weight behind. It is not that my experience did not meet my expectations; I had none. It's that my experience does not even meet your own stated goals especially regarding the incorrect information and advice given in your tools and tutorials.

Very Misleading! And no great guidance or detail our 1st hour was actually less then 20mins it was never explained that there was only 20 grants available feel extremely let down and disheartened
