Supportive, versatile, fun, inspiring, friendly, challenging, uplifting, effective, confidence building, hilarious, dynamic, inclusive, oddly addictive, caring and joyous - Tuffcore is all of these things!
Igor, Agata and TJ are brilliant at motivating you to surpass your own expectations, whilst still keeping things fun. Add to that the camaraderie and positivity that the women bring and Tuffcore is a haven of good vibes and achievement.
I leave full of energy, looking forward to the next class. I may have joined Tuffcore on a total whim, but it turned out to be the best decision I could have made for myself!

Found this gem of a gym 5 weeks ago and couldn't be happier! Tuffcore Fitness isn't your typical gym - it's a women-only personal training space where you actually look forward to working out. The trainers, Igor and Agata, are amazing at keeping sessions challenging but fun.

I had been considering joining a gym but was worried about being left on my own and possibly injuring myself due to inexperience. After some research, I found Tuffcore Fitness, a women only group. Igor was incredibly welcoming and gave me the confidence I needed to join about four weeks ago.

The sessions are enjoyable, and both Igor and Agata are excellent coaches. The app for booking sessions is also very user-friendly.

Since joining Tuffcore, I’ve noticed a significant boost in my energy levels, mental health, and overall strength. I feel stronger than ever.

8 strong weeks and it's one of my highlights of 2024. There are ladies of all ages who are just as strong and lovely as the coaches who push you to challenge yourself. I liked that I am working out in a group. We start with warm ups and go about doing exercise in pairs for an hour. Absolutely loved leg day on Wednesdays. Coach Igor is a bit crazy but nevermind😂. Gym is great, got facilities ,is clean and festive too. There are online workouts on tuffcore YouTube as well. I checked out reviews just like everyone before joining so if you are reading this then fill that form, get in touch with coach Igor,checkout the gym and decide to join.

What can I say?…Igor’s project is great, with the support of Agata and Travis, they have created an amazing atmosphere to train. You will feel confident and the trainings will be tailored to your needs.
