Bought a cops pull start off these but wouldn't wind back in. I contacted wireless madness and they said it wouldn't be the pull start, so I left it, I put the buggy away until today I put a new pull start on it and it works fine. I have lost £21 from this company

Purchased a couple of charger adapters for my lipo batteries, there was a delay in postage which I paid next day for. After emailing them to which I got a swift reply, they had refunded me the postage cost without question and apologised for the delay.
Great customer service, and the parts I received where safely packed and perfect for my needs. Will definitely be using them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic customer service.
My orders are fulfilled same day and delivered within 24 hours. Most recently I placed an order one evening, then realised I'd picked the wrong part. A quick Online Chat later and the order was amended. They even waived the price difference! Thanks again.

Absolutely awesome service!
Made my very first order by telephone on Friday late morning. Opted for courier delivery for Monday but it turned up the very next day (Saturday). I've since made several online orders and via eBay too and they've all arrived within 48 hours. Love this store and I'm like a boy in a toy shop when I visit their website 😁

Great products and service.

I ordered a RC car for a gift from the website. I didn’t however read the description correctly and ordered one without battery’s, charger etc.
Wirelessmadness spotted that this may not be what I was after and phoned to confirm before sending. They were of course correct and I really wanted to purchase something that included everything you need as a beginner. The nice chap on the phone recommended something to me and even though it was a few £ more he was happy to change the order without further cost.

Needless to say the car is AMAZING, I cannot believe how well made and FAST it is.

All in all delighted with the product the great service. 👌👊

Bought a 15amp Marine speed controller for my boat, which came next day. you cannot beat that for service. I then decided to visit the store on Saturday as I needed a bit of advice fitting it and for a few other bits i needed to complete the electrics. They sorted my problem there and then without any hassle,
The 2 guys I spoke to were so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable.
I would happily recommend them to anyone.
Well worth a visit and their prices are fair.
