Fantastic office space

Altass-Cheshire moved into the One Buisness Village (West Dock Street) a year ago and we have been blown away with the quality and professionalism of not only the tenant management but the daily running. Everyone involved goes above and beyond to support and make you feel welcome.

The office space is airy and light and well maintained.

We moved in to West1 just over a year ago having checked out several premises in the Hull area. We definitely made the right decision in choosing West1. The premises are well decorated and maintained and our office is warm and light. We have use of a well presented, manned reception area and boardroom and all clients who have visited us have commented on how nice the premises are, which is great as being a new business, first impressions really count. We would recommend West1 to anyone looking for good value serviced offices in this area.

I recently moved here and found the offices provided were of a high quality.
The staff who service the offices are all pleasant and happy to help with any problems.
The building is always clean, excellent internet speeds, and having a board room means i am able to use it for meetings.

I relocated here from shop fronted premises nearly 3 years ago when the building first opened for business & haven't regretted the move. The building is clean, well presented, has a useful manned reception area, an excellent internet service and the secure parking is a bonus. I would recommend West1 to any business that is looking for decent, well priced, serviced accommodation - I couldn't find better in Hull.
