Waste of time! They accept applications, then make you complete multiple assessments for nothing - I only found out the course was no longer happening because I reached out to them due to a lack of communication. Very unprofessional.

This is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with.

I applied for a Bootcamp in Digital Marketing and despite filling the details in correctly and selecting the correct application for my area (being North West), I was sent an auto-generated email telling me I wasn't eligible as I had specified I was in full time employment and outside of the area! What?! I most certainly did not! I'm unemployed and within the area.

I contacted them and they asked me to fill it out again, but to instead use their other form which specified that I lived in Greater Manchester (despite being 40 miles away in the Wirral). They told me that Manchester was my nearest hub and that this is what they recommend for North West customers, I asked why the other option mentioned the north west and they again said that the Greater Manchester link was the correct one for me.

So I filled the form in for a 2nd time under the Greater Manchester link but again received the same message telling me I wasn't eligible. I contacted them again and was told it was an error on their system and that their technical guys were on the case and to leave it with them. Next day I had to chase this up as they hadn't got back to me. They sent me an email and told me the issue was resolved and asked me to complete a link in the email. I opened the link and was presented with the same 2 options - London/North West or Greater Manchester. As I wasn't instructed which one to complete, I called to ask, and this time spoke with someone different. This person told me that her previous colleague had informed me incorrectly and that I should not be filling out the Greater Manchester application as I wasn't within that borough. She told me that her colleague must have got her geography mixed up!

So I filled out the application for a 3rd time and by this time I was pretty cheesed off. I'd uploaded my driving license, personal details and reason for applying 3 times and it was getting a bit much, regardless I obliged. This time the form was split into 2 halves, so I completed the first half and was told I'd receive the 2nd half within the next day or two. Shortly after this, I received an email telling me that they had received the first half of my applicaion and to make a note of the start date in July 2023. It's currently August. I sent a screenshot and asked if this was correct, but received no immediate response. The response came after the weekend along with an apology that the date in the email was incorrect and to complete the 2nd part of the link. I again obliged but informed the agent that if this attempt was unsuccessful, that I would have to go elsewhere as I was tired of the failed attempts to register and the uploading of my documents multiple times.

I completed the 2nd half of the application and sent it in. Shortly afterwards, I received not one but 2 auto-generated emails telling me that they had noticed I had completed the first half of the application, but hadn't completed the 2nd half and to fill it in before time ran out. I felt like pulling my hair out! I called up, but spoke with another agent and asked if there was a manager available to speak with as I wanted the issue sorting out. She told me that all managers were in a meeting and said she would take a message and pass it on to the department, and get someone to call me. No one called. So I emailed to ask if it could be chased up, no one responded. - I was basically getting ghosted. As a new student to this company, I am shocked. They're incompetent, the telephone manner is cold and rather abrupt and they couldn't arrange a drinking session in a brewery. They're an abysmal excuse for a training company. Avoid at all costs. I've since gone elsewhere.

Getting through to the company was very easy, by email and phone. Whenever I left a message I was called back within a quick time. The tutor you sent, Dee, was very good. It was for my 16 year old son to improve his ICT and he is really inspired now! I am very satisfied and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you again.

I needed a replacement laptop and called for their advice. Silver Training were very helpful and ordered me a reconditioned model for £150, which arrived 2 days later. The following day, their tutor Yaseen arrived and took me through the process to get online. I am a 70 year old grandmother and my son had previously set everything up for me, but he is busy and so it was definitely worth the £60 (90 mins) to get everything together. I had used Silver Training 18 months ago to improve my skills and just recommended you to my neighbour who has given her mother a computer but does not know how to operate. Thank you again for a brilliant service.

Apparently I signed up for there services by "clicking a facebook link", Then they proceeded to spam call for me and hopefully now i will get removed. I told them 2-3 times I was not interested yet they still called. very unprofessional
