Great gym, I have been a member for 7 years and the place and facilities have just gotten better and better. Nice gym layout with lovely people of all shapes and sizes which makes you feel comfortable with there being different levels of fitness so you don’t need to worry! Friendly staff and always have a laugh there and I’ve made many good friends over the years…we even done a team Gelt Gladiator this year which was really fun! Would highly recommend joining. Here’s a photo of one of the instructors (Zoe) haha!!! This was doing one of the hour spins for a good cause. 12 x 12 hour spins! Was done that day 👏

Extremely friendly gym and classes with lots of variety and activities and events outside of the gym too. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Very well stocked, excellent facilities and spotless. As a female I feel the mix of women and men is equal and I don't feel intimidated whatsoever. There's always a friendly welcome. Access to the gym is from very early in the morning which is great to do before work.

Great community gym that provides everything needed for a fitness journey including a wide array of classes, 1-1 and group PT seesions at a very good price. all staff and members very welcoming and friendly would recommend to anyone at any level of fitness
