Useless provider. Set my level 3 course up to fail. Unorganised and had no idea what was going on so how can they expect my tutor who is teaching me to know ! Didn’t provide my college with the exam spec until a couple months before we was due to sit the exam after nearly 2 years of sitting the course! If I could put 0 stars I would. Do not recommend to anyone considering using them

Webstite review! This new website is a step backwards for VTCT. Hard to find way around, can't download individual units and poorly thought out and developed. BRING BACK THE OLD WEBSITE PLEASE!!!!
