I began training at Vitality and Mind 3 months ago and I can honestly say it’s the best gym I’ve ever been to. Ryan and his team are knowledgeable, experienced and yet manage to make every session fun and enjoyable. Everyone that attends is friendly and welcoming and I’ve made some lovely friends.
Since joining, my strength has improved, I’ve lost weight, gained muscle ( which was my goal ) yet I’m eating more! Like so many women, I wasn’t eating enough but with Ryan’s guidance, Ive upped my calories, in particular, my protein and now feel so much better overall.
I recommend Ryan and his team to anyone to wants to finally discover a way to get fitter, stronger and healthier in a fun and supportive way.

If you have been putting off or have not been to a gym in some time like me, then I can fully recommend that you give Vitality in Mind a try!
The group PT sessions are small and concentrated with expert tuition and motivation from Ryan. Great atmosphere and feels good to be around like minded people wanting to improve on health and fitness. There is a real personal touch with this gym which I don't think you will get from the fancy gyms you could go to. The Boot Camp sessions are great fun and also a good work out. Been going for about 6 weeks and really noticed the differenced physically and also mentally. I would really recommend you give it a go!

I can’t recommend Ryan at Vitality & Mind enough! He’s been an incredible personal trainer, helping me stay motivated and teaching me the right exercises to lose weight and get fitter. With a back injury, I was always worried about form, but Ryan ensures I’m doing everything correctly to prevent injury while still making progress.

I recently completed the six-week challenge, and it was a game-changer. I learned so much about nutrition, tested my fitness levels, and gained confidence in my strength sessions. Now, I feel more knowledgeable about the weights I use and how to structure my workouts effectively.

I have been with Ryan, Vitality and Mind for a year now.
For anyone suffering as I do with painful legs, back and hips Ryan can help with this.
I was in a lot of pain when getting up from a chair and walking, also sleeping at night, regularly being woken because my legs ached.
My mobility was starting to suffer and really needed to do something.
I looked on social media, but didn’t want to make things worse.
Ryan has been so patient, knowing when to push me that little bit more to help me to strengthen my muscles.
My husband and I go together, but Ryan tailors our workouts to suit our own needs.
I don’t know where I would be now if I hadn’t joined Ryan’s Gym.
I can now walk relatively pain free and run around after my Grandson.
I don’t believe this would be possible without Ryan’s help.
If you are struggling, contact Ryan now, he has a really nice friendly Gym, you won’t regret it.

I have just completed my 6 week challenge. I have enjoyed it and learnt a lot of new exercises. Attending the session motivated me to finally do something to improve my health and wellbeing. I have signed up for further sessions as the trainers are very knowledgeable and the other participants are good fun to be around.

I can't recommend enough Ryan and his team. He's going above and beyond trying to accomodate everyone. Like he says, he just want the best for you. He's in continuous contact with you, even on days you're not at the gym, he's professional and experienced. I found my gym for the following years.

I joined Ryans's PT sessions in December 2023. It's been a great journey so far and am thoroughly enjoying the sessions. I have joined many gyms in the past and I really struggled to remain consistent and motivated. Since joining Ryan’s PT sessions I feel more motivated and confident in achieving my heath and fitness goals. Ryan is a great instructor and very knowledgeable about health and fitness and he ensures the sessions are well-planned and enjoyable, so you do not get bored. I thoroughly recommend joining Ryan for your fitness journey if you are struggling to get motivated and unsure about where to start. Ryan is very helpful and always available to provide support.

Had a great experience when joining with Ryan’s gym. He’s taken time to assess and coach me to improve my posture and fitness. For someone that had never been a gym member I now have three 121 sessions a week and have never felt better, more energised and motivated. Thoroughly recommend Vitality & Mind.
