Have been using Veriphy for AML checks for sometime now via the practice software. Really pleased overall with the process and the fees are per application rather than a monthly fixed amount.

The only niggles are that if you only have 1 thing to change on a search you have the whole thing to do again and are charged in full. Typing errors occur.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE after 10 year relationship, compete breakdown of platform and services. crumbling from the management down.

Poor support, failure to meet own support targets set on website. Complete lack of communication.

Multitude of issues affecting their checks and processing of them which angers end-users and looks bad on their customers.
Repeatedly ignoring us on support requests and ignoring our questions/refusing to answer them.

Veriphy provided our AML training, we now use them PAYG for KYC/AML/ UK and foreign pep and sanction checking and biometric checks . it's a solid platform, easy to use, intuitive, super fast and the support from Matt and others has been excellent

Have tried other AMl & ID checking platforms and have always been disappointed. The Veriphy system is so much easier to use, the interface is very user friendly and is so much easier to use than competitors versions. Also, we appear to get better results first time needing fewer re-runs which saves us time and money. I am delighted to be using Veriphy and would 100% recommended them to anyone serious about making AML & ID checking as easy as possible for their staff.
