The University of Sunderland provided me with an excellent education that has helped shape my future. The Master’s in Tourism program was well-structured, with dedicated professors and valuable academic resources. The university fosters a supportive learning environment, encouraging critical thinking and practical skills essential for career growth. While adding more industry collaborations could further enhance the program, overall, it is a great place for students looking to build a strong foundation for a successful future. I highly recommend it!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

There's a lot of bad reviews which is quite surprising for myself considering the time I spent here.

I've studied 2 years in this university and I am almost at the end of my top up. I have nothing but respect for my lecturers. Staff are always helpful and I haven't had any issues with them.

Overall a massive thank you for these past 3 years. Keep it up!

The worst place for your studies! Only lecturers are somewhat alright! They should use the skill they teach in their management to show that they are a bit serious! Waited 22days for a leave form, after that i sent them an email giving the dates i ll be away…on the same afternoon they finally sent the form…i only saw the mail when i was back but they now ask me to pay again 2 terms even though i explained my circumstances before i took my break, they knew my dad was dying since November but it s my fault that they had back log since Christmas and couldnt answer my request on time. For sunderland-london it s standard to take that long for a form since it takes less than a month, they did no wrong🤣 in every communications after that they dont mention the email i sent them before my leave of course because they cant do no wrong! And to all of you who even think about joining this mess you need to know that your master or bachelors here wont give you a job, many are still unemployed 18months down the line and that your tuitions (especially international students) are mostly used for the main campus in sunderland…
We will see what a judge think about
Update:

I ve lodged my appeal, they allowed me to submit my work… even though i was away for one and half of my modules (i dont know what the last assignment is about because i was thousand miles away for my dad’s funeral and couldnt attend lectures) i have found that way too good to be true: « plot twist » in the appeal decision, they said that they will give me my submission dates, 2 days later i ve received a notice telling me that i ve got only 15 days to submit everything including my dissertation🤣🤣🤣 u cant make this up! Pathetic customer service! Since they wont get no money from me, that s the best they can do! Run for your life people, use your money to get into a better uni

Go up
