The course folder had some spelling mistakes throughout which was disappointing and it lacked continuity. It also contained out of date legislative information, although it did have a page inserted stating that there was new legislation available and that is what would be assessed on the course, this wasn't a great deal of help. The course relied heavily on visiting external websites and reading the information there. Many links were presumably out of date or incorrectly spelled. The tutor support was adequate but responses/guidance was brief.

In addition to correcting the above, I would have liked each of the 3 assessments to be of more equal size. For example; assessment 1 was about 1000 words, assessment 2 was several times that and assessment 3 was much larger again and took many more hours to complete. Many of the assessment questions were very ambiguous as well as being very similar which created confusion.

I ultimately gained the qualification but should have probably paid a little more and used a better training provider.
