The 6 week challenge with these guys was exactly what I needed. I started after having my second child so was fairly unfit but Sarah and Ant were so supportive but also so good at pushing me! 6 weeks later I felt so much stronger and better in myself as well as having lost a fair few inches! I could not have made such a good start on my weight loss/fitness journey if it wasn’t for these guys. I would highly recommend U-First to anyone, the groups are so friendly and supportive.

I've been part of UFFS for over a year now and I can't praise Sarah and Ant enough. You get the individual attention of personal trainer's, with the group support of a strong community of people, who are incredibly encouraging of each other. Not only do Sarah and Ant look at your individual health goals, but ive also received bespoke help for knee issues, not only at home exercises but also suggestions of supplements to take. The workouts are a challenge but are cleverly created so any fitness level can join in. Not to mention, Sarah and Ant are always on hand with technique suggestions and variations if needed. I've seen a lot of progress with my strength and fitness, as well as loosing weight/inches. Not to mention my mental health improvements. Long may the journey with UFFS continue 💪🏻💪🏻

UFFS has literally changed my life for the better. Since joining back in August 2022 as an overweight unfit, unmotivated, 40 something, father of one I feel completely transformed as a person.
Within a few short months of joining I managed to reverse a pre diabetes diagnosis, lose weight and feel a whole lot healthier.
After the birth of my second child I fell into bad habits with diet and exercise (what sleep deprivation does) and thankfully Sarah and Ant where on hand to get me back to my best again including reversing pre diabetes for a second time!!
The sessions are varied and well thought out and their is lots of support from both Sarah Ant and my fellow members alot of whom have become friends.
If you are not feeling the best version of you UFFS will get you there.

*6 week Transformation challenge*
I finally decided to take the plunge and have a consultation with Sarah to enquire about the 6 weeks transformation challenge. During this stage Sarah was so easy to speak to about the reasons why I wanted to join and what benefits would suit me. The past 12 months wasn't the easiest and life kinda got in the way which in my case my health physically and mentally took its tole on my body. Realisation kicked in and I needed to make some changes in order to get the old me back and feel stronger and more confident again. This was something I needed to do for me. I was nervous about starting out as its been years since I have done any sort of training. My 1st day came and I was welcomed by Sarah and Ant who talked me through everything I needed to know and introduced me to the rest of the team. I instantly knew then I had made the right choice as everyone made me feel welcome and were really supportive throughout the whole 6 weeks challenge and on hand 24-7 if you have any questions or if your struggling with anything. It has been great to learn about the nutritional side of things and weekly check-ins ensured we stayed on track and made adjustments when needed to get the best possible results. Honestly it has been the best 6 weeks journey, its not only helped me physically but mentally I feel so much stronger So much so iv decided to stay on as a member. So to anyone like me who says there to busy or to tired because of family commitments, kids, work etc, Trust me there's a variety of classes to suit everyone. Most of all you will have Fun whilst working out. No 2 days are the same with these guys the variety they offer is amazing. A big thank you to both Sarah and Ant for helping me and to the rest of the squad for being amazing. 💪

Honestly, one of the best decisions I made was joining U-First Fitness last year. I wanted to do outdoor workouts again after being inconsistent with gym visits. I enjoy the variety of the sessions, the social aspect in any session I go to (we do have a friendly/supportive bunch from all walks of life) and the mental boost alone is worth it. I've seen great progress in my fitness since joining (dare I say, best condition I've ever been in?!) and I've also seen other members make major strides; Sarah and Ant are always on hand to help/support/advise in session and with nutrition as well, which is always appreciated. Get those trainers on and join us!

I'm not quite sure where to start to write about UFFS as I've got SO many good things to say! In just 6 short weeks, I'm beyond impressed with how much progress I've made.

My mindset around looking after my body is totally different. It doesn't feel like a massive chore anymore! I feel very lucky to have been taught by the UFFS team how to look after myself better and I know that I've always got the 24/7 support of two great trainers ☺️ This is the first time I've lost weight in a healthy, balanced way, and although I've made great progress in a short space of time, this new way of life feels completely sustainable!

However, I think the biggest thing for me is how wonderfully inclusive I've found Sarah, Ant, and the squad to be. This is by far the most exercise I've ever done in my life. Before my first session, I was, no exaggeration, terrified of starting! But that all melted away after my first session, and I knew I'd made an excellent decision signing up. I not only felt welcomed by the squad but very encouraged. I had feared that I'd feel out of place as working out has never been my 'thing', but I quickly realised that I am stronger than I think and can do hard things.

You never ever would've caught me running up a hill or lifting weights a few weeks ago, and now I genuinely look forward to my sessions every week.

This is one of the best things I've done for myself in a long time. I can't thank both Ant and Sarah enough!
