Very clean hotel and very comfortable. We booked late and were told that we had the last room available. So I'm assuming that the hotel was full. We never heard a thing during the night and that's exactly what you want.||Staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. There were very courteous and very friendly.||The room was an accessible room as it was the last one but it was very clean and comfortable.||The rooms are bare with no draws for little items of clothing etc or if you want to put things out of view.||Breakfast was okay but nothing special. You'll get a better breakfast at the Shiregate Café in Hexham. Lovely breakfast and freshly cooked with large pot of good tea. We paid £23 for two Farmhouse breakfasts with extra sausage and egg, large pot of tea and two fresh bottle of Britvic orange. Cant go wrong and its much better than the Travelodge.||Directly behind the travel lodge is a McDonalds restaurant. Very dangerous when you've been out for a few beers and your very hungry lol.||Nice stay and a central hotel for Hexham and surrounding areas.||Would I go back? Hell yes. Cheap, clean, friendly and well worth it.||Wethersppons in Hexham - 99p a pint !!!!!!

Lovely, fairly new hotel. Excellent service, both at reception and in the restaurant. Breakfasts great value. Hotel well maintained. Heating adjustable in each room. Only downfall was a lack of drawers or shelves. Only one small bench for kettle, cups etc. Hanging rack also. Living out of suitcase on the floor. Might have become a problem had we been staying for a few nights

Stayed for an overnight stay en route to elsewhere. Handy for a walk in to town. Plenty of supermarkets close by. Right next to a maccy dees but would avoid it as the quality of food was abysmal. Didn't eat in the on site cafe at night so can't comment. But had paid for breakfast... And wouldn't bother again. Cardboard sausages, food been sat for ages s was dried up and not topped up regularly. Also firm bed which isn't usually a problem but the pillows were horrid and gave us both stiff necks. So would recommend taking your own.||Overall a lovely new build close to plenty of amenities and you don't hear the trains at all. When we stayed you didn't have to pay for parking so there were plenty of locals using it for free parking during the day while at work. Easy to find

First time I've used this Travelodge, and I'll certainly be returning.
The staff have been great, really friendly, chatty, helpful, and lovely to deal with.

The food is good, with the steak and ale pie being a proper pie with pastry all round, not just a Ramekin dish with pastry on top. The pizza was freshly made, not just a frozen one.

Nice modern hotel with Bar Cafe and free parking. All staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and very efficient. Whole hotel from reception to our room was spotlessly clean. Room was a good size, had blackout curtains, and there was no noise to be heard so we slept quite well. Our only criticism of the room would be the hot water for the bath was only warm whereas it was hot from the shower.
We ate our evening meal in the Bar Cafe and were very impressed. Food was well presented and very good. Would recommend both the hotel and the Bar Cafe. 😊

Love staying here, hotel is in a great location for visiting the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Food is available at a reasonable price and great selection. Max in the kitchen is very helpful and will ensure you have everything you need at breakfast. Overall every member of staff was welcoming and friendly, the hotel is nice and clean and rooms are very reasonable. Thankyou.

Stayed again here recently. The Travelodge is clean, fresh, rooms and bathroom immaculate. Room layout for desk, plugs etc spot on. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Bed and linen exceptional. Easy check in and out. Highly recommend.

Stayed one night. Brilliant hotel and only cost us £30. The hotel was extremely clean, lots of parking available. Friendly staff. It's near a retail park and a next to a train line but you can't hear any noise from either. Highly recommended
