Just stayed at this Travelodge with a few other lads from work. It’s in the middle of nowhere and my sat nav sent me the wrong way - typical!|Finally arrived to a warm welcome from Stacy who was the receptionist. She was very cheerful and helpful and explained how the postcode for the hotel covers a large area and made sure we had the hotel phone number incase we got lost again. We told her we were working nights and she kindly gave us rooms away from other guests so we would not get disturbed. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were very nice, clean and the beds comfortable. Hotel was a bit out of the way but fine for us when we just wanted somewhere to sleep and nothing fancy

Another comfortable, peaceful, value-for-money stay at a Travelodge, accompanied by outstanding customer service and an easy-to-use app and/or website to make bookings online. |We drove from Kent to Wales and were greeted at Travelodge Bangor, by a smiling and helpful Dylan in Reception. We checked in and were unpacking in our room within very few minutes of our arrival. |Our room was clean and recently decorated, our bed was comfortable with pristine white bed linen and unlike similar hotel chains, we were able to open our windows to let in fresh air which is one of the reasons we use Travelodge predominately. We were not disturbed by any noise outside or inside overnight. |We had to leave early the next morning, but were met by a smiling and helpful Robin who thanked us for staying and wished us a safe onward journey. Well done Travelodge Bangor! We’ll be back!

I recieved a warm and friendly welcome from the gent working reception. My room was spotlessly clean, as was the reception area. The bed was also comfortable. Like all Travelodge hotels, this one is an affordable place to rest up for the night/s. To any Aussies reading this, the hotel is like the hotel/motels we see at home. There are no fridges though. Travelodge for some reason doesn't put fridges in rooms.|There's a service centre in the same area with the usual fast food or you can venture down in to Bangor for something more substantial. |The hotel is well situated in an area that has great natural beauty on offer.

Dirty beds, unkempt rooms although recently decorated. dirty sheets and unmade bed in rm 5 an acessibile rm but not wheelchair friendly. we were then moved to rm 6 where desk was taped together, bed was torn and divan stuffing hanging out, paint on sheets and dirty. Dirty discussing dirty bedside table. |Over powering noise from room above, every movement made upstairs was loud downstairs.| Mattress was most uncomfortable due to large lump in the middle. | Nothing staff can do about it. Only reason we stayed was husband had done 7 hours driving and needed to try rest. I have never stayed in such a bad room before and to be given two rooms like it is discusting. It cost us £92 so not cheap. And as a company travel lodge just ignore you.

Postcode takes you to the Premier Inn 20minute drive away which annoyed me.

On a positive

Rooms are really big. Staff seem friendly albeit interaction was limited.

Rooms were clean with plenty of tea bags. Taxi service was amazing and I will update the review with details.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!!|Having stayed in this hotel within the last 7 days, any review that says it’s a good hotel is fake. This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in and in desperate need of refurbishment.|Although the staff are polite and helpful, the rooms and circulation areas in the hotel are in desperate need of updating. Complaints include walls and ceilings so thin you can hear the people next door and above talking and moving around, dirty carpets, loose toilet seat, inadequate provision of towels, but my major concern that there was no way of locking the bedroom door from the inside at night. I had to resort to jamming a chair up under the handle to prevent any unwanted intruders coming in while I was asleep. |This is an awful hotel!

The room doesn't have air-conditioning, storage for clothes or even bath mats.
The walls are really thin so can hear from other rooms.
The beds are not made in the mornings.
As the location is shared with burger king, there is loads of litter outside.
We were here for 4 nights, not impressed.

Great stay.Great staff. Lovely clean room. Llandudno hotel is in town , a great location. Always a warm welcome.
