First time I have used this company and the service has been excellent. Ordered a Accuratus V800 - USB - Ultra HD 4K - 3840 x 2160 Resolution USB Webcam on 18/11/2020 at 4pm and it arrived today 19/11/2020 at 12:30pm now that is what I call first class service.

If I could give them -5* I would. Ordered 2 Gaming PC Cases because they have extra £20 off from nearest competitor. Paid extra £10 for next day delivery. No email updates, no items arrived even after 3 working days. Rang them, they said they had an offer on them and the system glitched and the order is 'stuck'. Was told I'll get an update if they can get the cases sent out at the promo price or will be refunded. 2 weeks later still no update. Now I will have to chase them again for the third time! Avoid at all cost. Not worth the headache.

i have purchased from Transparent LTD many times over the last two years and the sales experience has been exceptional from start to finish. They are always more than happy go the extra mile when finding the right solution to my needs, always prompt at getting back to me and the goods are delivered next day as promised. The two lovely ladies who pick up the phones are also very friendly and helpful.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
I bought a printer on their website and paid extra for the next day delivery service (needed this printer asap). Next day, around 2 pm I received an email from them saying that the price for that printer is wrong and they will send me a refund. I called them and explained that in this case, it was misleading information! It wasn't my fault to put the wrong price. Normally, all good sellers send you purchased item and deal with their mistakes without even letting you know. They know how to admit their mistakes and deal with it. However, this company just looking for excuses. You can not rely on them at all.
I will never buy anything from them again and never ever recommend them to anyone.
If you are looking for a reliable company, look somewhere else.

The owner of this company decided to leave a negative review about our company on the Trust Pilot platform. He even claimed that we took money from him. However, he deleted that comment after we reported it to Trustpilot.

I would definitely recommend to anyone to STAY-AWAY from them!!! Do not waste your, time, energy or money. Shop somewhere else.

Accidentally bought two of something that I only needed one of. Asked them how to get a refund. They took 2 weeks to finally reply and then put ridiculous requirements for how the item would be sent back which would mean it would be very costly for me to do so. They then wanted to charge an administration fee to process the refund. All seemingly designed putting people off actually returning anything.
