Super approachable, patient and understood my aims and needs so well! The plan Traff put together for me fit around my lifestyle and preferences and got me results! I've just hit my first milestone with him and have managed to loose 1 whole stone! Heard about Lee through a few friends and got in touch with him to see what he could do with me to help me whilst in the gym and also eating with a new diet plan as I was a nightmare with sweets and takeaways ect. My first session in the gym Lee got me using better techniques whilst lifting weights to get the full potential out of the time I had there. Also set me a diet plan that suits my needs and what I need whilst training in the gym. Would highly recommend and rate A**
