I successfully completed the government funded SIA Course with Training Strategies in November. Part of their job is to pay for the SIA badge. And months later this has still not happened. I will update this review when they do.

I have just finished our customer service training, first aid & SIA course it’s taken over 6 weeks to complete, with it going over the Christmas break, but we were kept informed constantly. A big thank you to Tom who did the first part & Salman that completed the SIA training they were very patient with the group & very understanding. I would highly recommend this company 😊👍🏽

3 times I have had to do this course because they messed things up, and this is just for 1 badge. Now I am waiting for them to pay for the badge and it has now been weeks. I am fed up going for what is now 2 years waiting for them to sort themselves out. I will never use this company again and advise anybody looking to do any of the security position badges to avoid these like the plague! Very disappointed and dissatisfied in you Training Strategies.

This was a great course to be on it was very informative and educational and Salman Siddque was very professional and helped where it mattered I learned a lot from being on this course 5 stars
