Very good place for interns to learn. The senior training head were very friendly and helpful and taught us and guided us throughout our internship program. Overall all the people at the TDI, HAL department were very friendly and responsive.

It was a good experience. We got to learn much many things out from here and could also feel how a Professional life is far different then a college life. Also at the same point of time i would say that there should be more trainers who would guide the trainees inside the factory because we had to struggle a lot for knowing about the shops. I also think that inspite of roaming here to there by trainees and searching for an employee who could explain things smoothly , the trainee department should appoint someone in each shop so that he can tell everything about that shop.

The experience was outstanding i.e, very happy and satisfied to visit a aeronautics industry and seeing the powerful fighter jet engine manufacturing and testing. It will be an unforgettable memory of my life.

But I want to SUGGEST something that I feel must be added so that student like us will have more clarification.
There must be a group coordination i.e, who will coordinate with that particular group to all the sections or shops and will explain the basics of working of that shop and will provide some task and on the daily basis, here we will be able to increase our skills and knowledge.
