I recently completed the Stakeholder Engagement course, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The course provided an enjoyable yet educational experience. The customer support was excellent and highly engaging. I received all necessary course materials well ahead of schedule. TJ, the trainer, was approachable and adept at addressing my inquiries. In today's environment filled with pressure and negativity, the experience was refreshing. Like some of the other reviews I had a course cancelled (Philip Wilkinson). I booked a course in Newcastle Upon Tyne, primarily because it was local and convenient. I was notified a few days prior to the course the there was a risk it would be postponed, but offering me an alternative location. I chose not to pursue the alternative and requested a refund.

Whilst trying to obtain information regarding the refund and associated timescales I made multiple telephone calls, only a handful of which were returned and none could provide specific information (other than the party line).

When I eventually received confirmation of the refund I was informed that I'd be charged over 50% of my initial payment as I'd done the online training and the exam was available to do online. Even though I'd specifically requested a face-to-face course as it's my preferred learning style and gives me the greatest chance of success. If I'd wanted an online only course I'd have booked that and saved the cash. Also the online training (excl exam) is available free of charge via another website.

I'm still trying to get a resolution as I feel being charged anything as the cancellation wasn't my fault is scandalous - and in breach of contract.

It has been an awful experience - STAY CLEAR! I will shortly be asking my bank to revert the payment if a refund is not received.

I so wish I would have read the reviews first!!!! My experience with Training Creatively is shambolic! Like many others I am now finding out.
I registered last week for the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner class room course , paid the full price only to be told in a flimsy email on Friday afternoon that the following week classroom training won't take place. With no offer yet to re-book at alternative dates. Nor have I received a response to my numerous phone calls and email to provide alternative dates when they are able to deliver the course.
Even during the booking process and the day when I received the cancellation notification I never received a phone call even I asked to speak to someone numerous times before. Email responses are so poor that I fear this is a scam company taking people's money and then disappear. All I receive is pure ignorance.
Every time you phone the receptionists are helpless in trying to find someone who can give information but no one is every around to take a call. I never received the promised Change Manager's Handbook either.

I wish I would have booked with the Knowledge Academy which was highly recommended to me but their dates didn't suit me.

I signed up for a Change Management course in Cardiff in early July. The course was cancelled 5 days before it was supposed to commence with no indication of when it would actually occur. I have called and emailed countless times and finally was advised I would receive my 900 pound refund today 14 Sep 2018.

I still have not received it so will be pursuing legal action to recover my money for services which they never delivered.

I would advise against anyone engaging with this company which appears to be completely fraudulent. Wish me luck getting my money back.

I signed up to do my Agile Project Management training with Training Creatively and I must say it was an absolutely rewarding experience! I have previously trained with Knowledge Academy so I had very high expectations and they were all met.

The trainer was so very knowledgeable and approachable! The course is quite intense, so to have such a knowledgeable and helpful trainer made it much easier! Already planning to do my next courses through this company. Great results!

I did the Agile Foundation weekend course in London last weekend. The trainer, Isaac, was exceptional: knowledgeable, patient and a fantastic communicator. The course materials were very good and the progression through them was logical and well paced. I gained a great understanding of the substance of the course as well as very helpful tips for undertaking the exam. I would thoroughly recommend both the course and the company Creative Consulting (Training Creatively), and will look at other courses run by them, particularly if Isaac is the trainer.

They advertise that they provide training in various locations, but actually they cancel most courses on a last minute and ask all students to travel to one location.

My course was attended by 4 of us - all from different locations. The training company paid travel expenses, but I had to travel 4 hrs one way to attend the course. By the way - don't even try to get your money back. They avoid refunds and you won't see your money after you already paid them.

Anyway, training was fine, but I was not satisfied with the location changes, problems with refunds, communication from training company's side (I called 12 times over 2 days - the person who picks up the phone doesn't know anything and says that other people are not in office. Finally I got to speak to someone but how much effort this required.)

Conclusion - stressful experience, wouldn't want to do this again.
