I had a very disappointing experience with Training Courses 4 U while completing my NVQ for a telehandler. At no point was I informed that I would need to supply my own telehandler to complete the qualification. It’s completely unreasonable for them to sell this NVQ online without making it clear that the necessary equipment is not provided.

If I were working on a building site, they would expect my employer to supply a telehandler, fuel, and time for me to complete the NVQ—how is that fair to my employer, especially if they are also paying for my time? Once Training Courses 4 U had my money, they had no interest in helping me. I requested a refund after realizing this crucial detail had been omitted, but they refused.

In the end, I had to rent a telehandler at significant personal expense just to finish the qualification. This was an unexpected and unfair cost that should have been clearly communicated from the start. I would not recommend Training Courses 4 U to anyone. They are misleading and unhelpful once they have your payment. Avoid them!
