Katie has been my PT for 10+ years, helping to build up my strength, stamina and overall fitness, while in more recent times, skilfully adapting my program to take account of various injuries that I have sustained. She pushes me to achieve my maximum potential, but she is also able to think on her feet and change an exercise, weight or repetition should the need arise, because she is very much aware that everyone has different capabilities and requirements and even the same person can have varying needs from week to week. Katie is very encouraging and motivating and easy to get along with, whatever your age, so sessions fly by and at the end, you feel that you’ve worked hard, achieved success and had a sociable or fun time too.

I was very lucky to come across Katie on a Google search. I have been using Katie on and off now for almost a year and I look forward to her sessions. She takes me at a great time suitable for my working day which is almost impossible to get and we get it done on our sessions. I started working with Katie about a year ago, a few years after the birth of my second child. I was still getting pregnancy-related hip pain and had niggles in my knees and at the middle of my back. After a few months the hip, knee, and back pain disappeared and I felt so much stronger. I’m now pregnant with my third and relatively pain free. She’s really lovely to work with and an absolute expert on pre and post natal training.

My PT Katie Girdler is the best trainer around. Doesn’t give the same exercises to everyone she listens to each client and trains them in exactly what they need. And she is fun!! Training is fun with her. We laugh a lot!!
