Just completed my 18th edition regs, Passed the exam, but I promise it wasn’t because of the tutor Ralph. He spent two and a half days droning on in the least personable way imagine-able, muttering to himself and jumping from section to section in the book. No one could follow what was going on. We collectively as a group asked him several times if we could go through mock tests and review how to use the book, this was entirely ignored. Not a single minute was spent trying to teach us how to pass the exam, I got the outcome I wanted, but only because I crammed and spent every waking moment revising while not sat in a classroom with the tutor. On day 3, Ralph was late in because of traffic, benefit of the doubt, these things happen, but we had a stand in tutor. I didn’t catch his name, but he was clearly much more experienced. The entire group learned more about how to pass in 30 minutes from him, than in the 2 days previously wasted. I chose TS4U because I know of other people who have had good experiences, but when it comes to further training, for me, it won’t be here unless they seriously review the tutoring practices.

I have recently completed an electrical bootcamp at TS4U Coventry! I’m absolutely blown away by the course provided! I began the course with very little electrical knowledge - Throughout the 9 week course, I went from struggling to understand simple circuits to designing, wiring and testing complicated circuits without even thinking about it - also passing all my exams first time was a bonus! The training is outstanding, the customer service is outstanding, the facility’s are outstanding! I was fortunate to have Paul as my tutor throughout the course, he was brilliant, always going the extra mile to push and develop your skills, truly a stand up gentleman, consider yourself lucky if you get to train with him! Thanks again to TS4U!

Can not recommend this company enough. I am 59 years old and suffer from anxiety. I have had to update my Electrical qualifications. Helpful all the way. Lessons online have been great lots of notes and resources. At the Coventry Centre the Staff their were just amazing, My Anxiety was getting the best of me but they walk me a round to get familiar with the setting and reassured me. I am booking for another course in the new year, with no fears / anxiety. Thank you to all the Staff

I attended the 4 week first step electrician training - 2 weeks at the centre, 2 weeks working from home. The centre is clean, bright and a good learning environment. The online learning modules are well thought through and professionally produced. The virtual classrooms work well. Instructors are knowledgable and competent, regularly referring to their real world experience to clarify the content they are teaching. Admin queries are handled well by phone or in person. Notifications of upcoming sessons by email is very efficient. I will be booking myself onto the second step soon.

So far I have completed the first 2 weeks of the domestic installer course, I have found both tutors to be very knowledgeable and helpful, and not just in regards to the course. They offer useful advice to help with your career goals. I have found the course material to be comprehensive, yet suitable for beginners. The training is delivered in such a way as to be easily understood and paced appropriately. I have also found student services to be helpful, easy to get hold of and quick at dealing with any issues.

I attended the Coventry TS4U centre in late summer 2020, as places began to reopen following the initial lockdown. I was very impressed with the adaptations that had been made to all areas within the building to ensure not just compliance with the rules and regulations in place at the time but also to ensure all staff and learners were clear on what to do and comfortable in the centre. Beyond COVID-related aspects, the centre was clean, bright and well equipped. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I travelled in by train each day and although there was a bit of a walk from the station (buses are available for part of the way) it was fairly easy to find and the train timings worked well with the opening/closing times of the centre. I am hoping to do another course with TS4U this summer but I have since moved away from the Midlands so will most likely go to the Warrington Centre.

Signed up for a course and have found this centre to be excellent. Facilities are great, plenty of parking. With regard to COVID the team on site are excellent and have set in place correct measures protecting everyone on site. All the Trade 4 Skills team have been welcoming and very helpful, the tutors I have had have been brilliant and the overall set up is excellent.
