I booked for trackershop to fit a tracker on my brand new (not even road registered) CLA back in February.

To cut a long story short, the technician came out and received the car in good working order. When he left, he failed to fit the tracker as well as handed the car back failing to start.

The car took 3 days to fix as the technician failed to report he had done anything wrong and just reported that the battery was flat - which it wasn’t.

Mercedes’ fixed the car thankfully at no charge to me. Trackershop offered nothing in compensation other than apologies which is not enough to swing my thoughts to a good review.

Although I can see most reviews are good - I would steer clear from my experience.

The Enforcer is high quality and very easy to install. It is also very easy to use and easily lasts 6 months before recharging is needed. The after sales service from Trackershop is second to none although I have only rung them once regarding a general query (it hasn't been necessary). Given the above, the cost is not expensive which is why I have just renewed my contract with Trackershop for the 4th year. Product and service scores: A1/100%. Top of the class. Thank you.

Great product, easy to set up straight from the box.

I got the personal ProPod4 because of the extremely small unit to conceal on my motorbike. I've been worried about bike theft in Bristol and a live tracker has give me real peace of mind.

Its so easy to use and setting zone alerts is a really useful tool. The mobile app is great for when your away and want to check in.

Being portable I'm charging it roughly every 10 days when it gets to 20% battery life. I use my bike 2-3 times a week at the moment and the rest of the time it's locked up, the sleep mode helps the battery life considerably.

I couldn't recommend it more!

We have been using a van tracker from Trackershop-UK now for 2 years and I have to say the fuel and milage saving has been significant! I would say that these trackers are an extremely cost effective way of controlling ones fleet. I bought a tracker PRO POD GPS 4 it has been very brilliant and reliable .I use it daily for my autistic child who some times does runaways , never let me down and it is a life saver. My insurance company gave me a week to fit a tracker to my new van. I’m on the road most of the week so I really wasn't confident that I was going to be able to get this done in time.
I found Trackershop’s number online and they arranged a mobile fitter to be with me the following day. They even managed to co-ordinate it so that the fitter could visit me on site at one of the jobs I was booked in for that day.

I actually couldn’t believe how pain free Trackershop made this experience and how helpful they were! Therefore I will highly recommend Trackershop to anyone who needs a prompt and professional full service.
