Prepaid for a 2 GPU's years ago never recieved the gpu's or a refund. Only way to get a refund from them is to take them to small claims court if your outside of the 6 months charge back period for debit card payments. So stear clear

Ordered back in May 2021, had no luck until around September, got my refund sorted and then managed to pick up a 3060TI, it was a rough journey of waiting and waiting, but the team were always there to help ease my mind and troubles. Considering the issues with the refunds and all, the staff that emailed me, specifically Emma, were always beyond helpful and incredibly nice. Thankyou again 😀

DO NOT BUY from this company! Ordered some touchscreen monitors, wrong ones turned up, not touchscreen and much bigger in size. Been told they will look at 'what has happened and come back to you in 1 working day' this was on Wednesday 18/05/2022. After paying them a visit at the registered address I found the unit empty. Spoke to other businesses around and was told that they rarely if at all turn up at the 'office'....
Following countless phone calls and website chats, I have finally managed to get them to send me the return labels! The monitors have been sent back immediately, not sure who is going to receive them as the address was the empty unit in Chelmsford. I'm still waiting for the refund of my money...

Pre-ordered a 3070Ti back in February last year which arrived the following months. I got it for a bargain price considering the current GPU market! The high wait time was in my mind always going to be a variable in the purchase considering that 3080 pre-orders on other websites were said to be looking at a year to get their card on backorder. My card arrived arrived around 6 months after the purchase which was a quite short wait time considering.
I'd recommend Tolva if you are looking for a new Graphics card but just make sure your willing to wait for it.

I've got a 3070Ti Gigabyte Gaming OC from them and it is what I'm using to type up this review!

Guys,

Very professional, nice and good service. I had received my parcel faster than expected. No issues at all. Card was so securely packed that I was really pleased about. There were sweeties packed as well (didn`t last long enough to take picture though).

I will be definitely coming back. Well done TOLVA!!! 🙌🙌🙌

I never leave reviews but I am disgusted by this company's business practice. I have been waiting for a GPU to arrive for a year and a half now with little to no word from them. Since requesting a refund they acknowledged their error and said they would issue a refund. I still haven't received the money, they are completely ignoring me on all channels (live chats, support forum, email, phone lines)

Update: they eventually replied to inform me that they are experiencing a merchant issue. They assured me I will receive a refund at some point in the future, refund requests are submitted by date order and I have to wait in a queue before I have any funds returned to me.

As a great number of others have said, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, let them rot. I bought an EVGA 3080 Hybrid from them back in September '21 never received it asked for a refund in early december '21 they sent me an email saying the refund has been sent, never received it. They stopped communicating with me in late January '22 I contacted my bank, told them what happend and I then received my money back.
This company deceives you with cards that seem to be at or lower than MSRP and this was especially the case during the great shortage. It seemed too good to be true when I was buying it, think i payed ~£800 for the card considering it was a 3080 with an AIO and was an EVGA card this was a really good price, I even asked them on live chat if the amount I payed may go whilst I wait for it they said yes it may and I asked if I can get a full refund if I want to cancel my order and they said yes.
When you ask for a refund or RMA THEY WILL IGNORE YOU. They dont even try to deny or discuss anything with you they just stop talking.
