I would highly recommend this training provider for any training that you require. I recently attended the Fire Marshal training - Colin was very professional and delivered the course in an engaging way with lots of practical elements and highly relevant facts. This training was booked within a short period of time and the company were so accommodating within ensuring this was delivered within a very short period of time. The trainer who arrived was very articulate and very well informed around the issues we were facing as an organisation. The whole staff team feel they have benefited greatly from this and we have seen the knowledge of the staff develop within these fields. The trainer Christian was very person centered within his approach and ensured that he covered a variety of learning styles throughout the sessions which ensured that all staff's individual learning preferences where tailored to and this ensured a high level of retention. I would highly recommend this training provider for any training that you require. I requested training for my staff team,from the first phone call I felt that the staff were very professional and went out there way to help with dates for the training and getting the best trainer for the course. Colin was very helpful in regards to seeking out the location where the training could be held which he did not have to do. bit was a great help to me. The feedback received about the training from the staff was Chris the trainer was very knowledgeable in the subject,very helpful and put the staff at ease throughout the training session we will be using this training provider again in the future very positive feedback from all involved.
