I recently passed my Functional Skills Level Two Maths. Jen was my tutor and she was friendly and easy to contact. The online training made it easy to study at my own pace and Jen gave me test papers which were very helpful. Yes the exam costs extra but this was made clear on the site. The only negative thing is that, although I knew I would be taking the test onscreen, I found the difference between practising paper tests and actually doing the onscreen test surprisingly difficult. This adjustment on the day of the test cost me a lot of precious time and I did feel quite stressed. That said I still passed it first time so the prep was good. A practise onscreen test would really help though. Apart from that I felt very supported by Jen and the team, even through all the covid nightmare so a big thanks to them!

My 14 year old daughter has just passed her Function skills English level 2 .We found Tim Grant very easygoing and easy to talk to ,he explained thinks clearly ,and Freya felt comfortable to contact him . She is now on with Math's level 2 and hopefully passes soon . I would recommend this company for any age . Freya was one of the youngest students ,and they were very professional .Well done Freya and thank you Tim .

Think Online has been so great due to its flexibility, having to work fulltime and the ability to study in my own time was very essential and this was right up my street.

I absolutely hated maths due to the way I was previously taught so I put it off years, but this was completely different.

The tutor Tim was lovely, he was very accessible (phone, video, emails), extremely patient and great at explaining things. Also, the training resources given was perfect, they explained things in detail and gave you examples along with a range of different methods so you could chose onces that worked well for you.

I am beyond satisfied with the service and results, in just 5 months I passed my Functional Skills Level 2 so its highly recommended 🙂

Really easy website to navigate. The training was organised into short videos and tests on each subject with instant results and they could be accessed 24hrs a day. I passed the exam in October, it was very close to the learning material we had been given so there was no major surprises. Overall it was a great experience. I am now doing my GCSE Maths resit at college as this gave me the confidence that I can do it.

Would avoid. Not a great service, does not include exam costs which are quite high. Contacting the platform itself is also difficult, often questions in emails are ignored/brushed over. Then was effectively suggested I was a liar when I couldn't access the FAQ (for some reason they did not open). Simply not happy with the service. Diagnostic test in my opinion is not thorough unlike others I have tried (undertook maths, and other subjects, on previous platforms). Cheaper alternatives available.
