I’ve been training with Sheila for almost 3 years now, and believe she is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training once a week with my husband as a couple. It is a lot of fun training as couples. We really enjoyed the variety & challenge Sheila put into our sessions. She is very focused on helping us achieve our goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun).
We both feel our fitness levels and our core strength has improved significantly.
Sheila is just awesome!!!

I found Sheila and befit in May of this year. I am a 58 year old woman and had prided myself on remaining fairly fit. However in the July of 2023 I broke my foot and this sent my fitness completely off kilter, my weight had increased and mentally I was feeling down in the dumps. At the start of my befit journey Sheila listened carefully to my concerns and took on board all my health issues in a very professional manner. From the very first session I felt elevated and positive. The exercises were hard work but fun and always focused on my goals and my potential. The camaraderie in the group is fabulous too and this really helps to keep up commitment. One of my aims was to lose half a stone and I have nearly achieved this in three months. I have seen my arms beginning to look more toned and have an altogether more positive outlook. Thank you Sheila.

When my local bootcamp group stopped working I took the opportunity to look for someone who had more in common with my life and body experiences, female, working, mid 50’s. Which translated to busy, tired, time poor and aware of your aging body! It was a big leap heading out of my area to work with someone new. I started with a block of personal training sessions. Sheila easily accommodated doing this with my young adult daughter who had just returned from university. Thank you Sheila, you made it fun for us both. After this I joined Bfit and have never looked back. The group is welcoming and it’s been a joy to meet and exercise with so many inspiring women. All the additional activities such as group walks and nutrition advice are a lovely bonus. But I also go because the sessions really make a difference to my well being and my strength and fitness. I’m probably the strongest and fittest I’ve ever been in the last 10 years and that really builds my confidence. Thank you Sheila!

I’ve been a client of Sheila’s for about a year now. I really value her unique blend of support and challenge. She really cares about my fitness goals and has a wide range of skills and methods that help me take a whole approach to my health from strength, mobility, nutrition and relaxation. I have suffered with back and joint pain so had been doing Pilates with Sheila which helped. I thought I’d like to try and increase my exercise levels but was nervous. I spoke to Sheila and she was very encouraging and positive. I started B-Fit in September and it has made a huge difference to my physical fitness and mental health. I am doing so much more exercise now and enjoying it. Sheila sets a good range of exercises and is very aware of carrying out the exercises safely. It is good fun joining others with their exercise journey too. Would highly recommend.

I can’t recommend Sheila enough, she is an amazing personal trainer. She really listened to me and helped me to formulate achievable goals to improve my fitness levels. She worked with me over a couple of months and the difference in my strength, fitness and outlook during that time was inspiring. Sheila genuinely listens to her clients and is really approachable and supportive. She delivered an individualised plan just for me and my goals, adapting exercises based on ability and personal aims. Sheila is very motivational and I really enjoyed my sessions with her. If you want someone who really puts you at the heart of your fitness goals, she is definitely the person for you.

I have been attending Sheila's Pilates class for a couple of months now and I have seen immediate results. I have had issues with my lower back seizing up when stood still for too long. This was brought on through poor posture and sitting at a desk all day for work. This was made even worse during lockdown.

I now don't suffer with my back and feel a lot more flexible and stronger.

The classes are fun, varied and welcoming with a mix of all ages and abilities. Sheila can tailor the class / exercises to help with any specific needs / focus.

I would highly recommend if you suffer with any mobility issues or if you generally want to work on core strength / fitness.
