They are never open! Surely there is somewhere that can hold this post office branch accountable for their opening times and customer service. Another case of being advertised as open until 5.30pm, arrived 5.05pm and they are closed. How are people that work supposed to collect parcels, incredibly frustrating.

20/11 second time visited the week at 5.15pm, closed early again.

They post their hours as 9-5:30 - recently updated. I go into work an hour early, so I can leave an hour early and get back in time to pick up my package, which I know Royal Mail won't deliver to my house while I'm at work. Get here just after 5pm to find it's completely closed. Wasted my time now how do I get my package? Thanks a bunch.

Opening hours on Saturday say till 1pm. Been on a couple of occasions at 12:30, shut both times. I went in another time and asked them about it, they said they shut earlier on a Saturday. I advised them to update their online hours as it's misleading and highly annoying. Went today (Saturday) at 12:10 and it was shut. If I could give a zero rating then I would. They don't seem to care about customer service.

This could be such a great little post office and local shop but it’s not currently. It’s never open when it’s supposed to be and I always encounter issues when trying to pick up parcels. I now just use the post office in Lymm or Latchford as this one is so unreliable.

A sign saying no dogs apart from guide dogs on the door so I took my trainee very well behaved guide dog in only to be told to leave. Appalling, will never EVER return 🦮
