Leonie from 'The Thinking Academy' has provided me with support that has had a significantly positive impact on all aspect of my life. As educators, we naturally encourage children to be curious, to communicate, to think critically, be reflective, to be challenged and become more emotionally aware. To channel these skills to ourselves often requires the guidance and support of a terrifically skilled coach. My time with Leonie has encouraged me to be more curious, to reflect on my thoughts and to challenge these, to notice my strengths and celebrate these, to build self-confidence and foster courage in our beliefs. Having time in this safe space has provided an invaluable opportunity for personal development which in turn helps positively manage the ever increasing demands in education.
