Ben is extremely knowledgeable regarding the services that he provides but is unusual in that he can explain things in a language that people who are not computer literate have a chance to understand. He always makes sure that you do not buy anything that you do not need. Prompt service and good value for money. I would recommend him to anyone.

Amazing customer service, swift response and highly knowledgeable about gadgets.

My MacBook Air refused to start up because it had an impact in the car when I slammed my breaks, I rush to Tek Hut, they opened up my MacBook Air without delay and found a loosed screw, he immediately screwed it back in and it started working.

The most surprising part was I wasn’t charged for it.

It might have been a quick job but the value of that help I got at the time was much because my ass was saved, I couldn’t have got my job done for the day.

Ben at The TEK Hut provides amazing service. I had spent several fruitless hours trying to install Microsoft office on my son's computer, having added him to my family subscription. He immediately knew what the problem was and quickly sorted it out and made sure everything was installed and functional before I left. Absolutely brilliant.

Outstanding service! I took my gaming PC to Ben for heating issues following home installed hardware upgrades. He gave me the best solution to the problem and conducted the work promptly, even though he was already busy. The service was outstanding and the value of service for money was superb. I only wish I knew about the Tek Hut years ago! 5 stars, will use again.

Friendly quality service. Ben sorted transfer of email issues for me which involved me returning a couple of times. Sorted it for me and was generous in making a minimal charge. Very impressed and will return with more work in future. Highly recommended.

Ben has incredible technical knowledge, he spends time explaining what the problem is and fixes it there and then if possible. He often does not charge if the problem is quickly resolved. He is a true gent.
